It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to the 2024-2025 Academic School Year of INQUIRY!  During this year, we will continue cultivating the resiliency of our school community, while closely examining areas of student growth and proficiency, with special emphasis around those areas needing refinement and support. Together, we continue to be #ResilientLIONS!

Chelsea CTE High School, located within the SoHo section of Manhattan, is committed to educating the next generation of 21st century information technology leaders in an environment that is safe and supportive. Our graduates are prepared to meet the competitive challenges of post-secondary life after high school. Our rigorous career and technical education, academic and college readiness curricula equip students with the knowledge required for successful post-secondary readiness. Our variety of work-based learning opportunities prepare students with the skills and emotional intelligence required to be lifelong learners and gainfully employed members of society.

We cultivate our students' innate talents and academic abilities in an environment that is safe and supportive. We offer three dynamic Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs: CISCO Networking, Computer Systems & Telecommunications, and Graphic Design. Each career pathway includes three certification exams for students to earn industry-recognized credentials for employment immediately after high school!   Our rigorous academic program prepares students to think critically and analytically, while also affording students with multiple opportunities to earn college credit while still in high school.  Students also have access to paid employment and internship opportunities through our Work-Based Learning programs and partnerships.  Our LIONS are leading the way as they prepare to graduate in four years career and college ready!
